I was quite happy with this service technician.
The only thing that I was disappointed about my service was the lack of quality inspection from Honda parts coming out of the Honda facility, where ever parts are packaged and sent. The parts for my Honda Odyssey were incorrect. Someone at Honda headquarters needs should be wrote up.

Regina was great! I was just not happy that free oil change doesn't really mean free and that I can't decline any other service if I want the free oil change. It's really sad that when a customer is buying a car the sales man convinces with this super deal and doesn't disclose of the other attachments in order to receive the free oil change. When you've spent most of your day at the dealership and finally decide on what to purchase all you do is sign away. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer, I feel that they are crooks.
