I arrived your location to have two bulbs replaced
One directional/one running bulb.....after waiting
45 minutes l went. To the service desk to check
With ser. Rep. Salgado
He was not available...
Went outside looked in the open service door and
Saw my auto sitting there with two mechanics
Talking nearby. 10 min later looked again....
Car still unattended and mechanics still nearby
Talking.......time now is0830 and unable to find
Rep Salgado I advised a lady rep to please cancel
My req for service and would do the replacement
Of bulbs myself ''10 minute job".
