I was pleased with the service I received

Last time I bring my car in. Regardless if the oil change is free your service is bad. I called at 4 and asked what happened and why was i not contacted. I was told they called me and left a message. My wife and I checked my messages. None. Last time my oil shot everywhere, this time your team does not call me. You had a good team in there at on point but you mad whole sale changes and I don't feel I am getting good service anymore.

The oil change and drop off itself was great and seemless, however when I picked up my car it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. The car wash was done so poorly and I have so much dirt and water spots all over my car and windows that now I’ll have to pay for another car wash to have your car washers work literally cleaned up. This is not the service I have come to expect from Diamon Valley Honda and I am not happy I will now have to spend additional time and money on things that were lazily done.

I bought a car and it took too long to get my windows tinted and once they where tinted and ones they did it ... it doesn’t look like the shades they showed me inside so didn’t do it right

Let me say I return because of the lifetime oil changes but will not return anymore. I travel 40 miles for this service. It’s not worth it. I will pay and lose out on the lifetime oil changes. First, I paid for my tire rotation and they gave me keys and told me car was fine. When I got home I received anemail with a report that stated I had issues. While the issues were minor I would have like them to be resolved. Issues were low on fluids brake, antifreeze, washer etc. Really why didn’t they bring this to my attention and fix it. Now I’m going to Riverside Honda so they can do it. Second the first section of report there are no check marks did they evaluate. Who knows? Third, a number for brakes was listed as 5mm for front and back. Then the box was checked did not inspect brakes. I am looking at purchasing the new CRV and I know I will not go to Diamond Valley Honda nor will I send my coworker teachers and assistants. Fourth, they submit a picture I have no idea what it is. So very disappointed with your service. This is the second time my service was bad. The last service they marked something red didn’t tell me I got home, husband took it to riverside Honda and they fixed it. We called and complained nothing ever happened. Me driving there in 2016 to get a car from you was useless . I got nothing because I will end up paying somewhere else.

Courteous. And o didn’t get the feeling someone was trying to sell me service I might not need. My stepson was a service manager at several Dealerships and “sellin” was a priority-sometimes when unnecessary. I really appreciate not seeing that in you.
