Everything was great. We also were helped on the collision side as well. Both were great. But, we did notice that your housekeeping on the collision lobby is very LACKING we looked up above the couch by the window and many disgusting and dirty cobwebs were there as well as above the TV window. You also have many dirty water spotted leaky ceiling tiles. None of this makes you feel that you care about your customers comfort. We felt very dirty sitting there. Yet the service side is very clean and inviting. So kind of don't understand. Just thought you would like to know so that hopefully things can get cleaned up on that side too. All employees were helpful and accommodating.
