My service writer went to lunch and my paperwork was placed on his desk shortly after he left. I finally went and asked about my vehicle and a nice woman found my paperwork and got me going. I was gone and my service writer was still not back. You need a better system for completed work. Other than that, all was good.

Whoever took my lottery ticket from my driver side Visor it was only a $2 winner on a Fast 25. What else do you take from me. I will NEVER step foot on your dealership again.
