To be honest my service advisor is the nicest most helpful one there. I hope he continues to be there he has been great, he knows & explains everything thoroughly. He has helped me the last 2x which I am grateful. Prior to him I didn’t want to return because of the negative treatment I received. But now I shall be returning thank u!!

Well, the day I came in I guess it was really busy and so he tried to give me assistance but I could tell he was trying to get everyone’s service completed. He requested a service tech take a ride with me to try to see if he could figure out the problem but because I was told it would take at least 4 to 5 hours wait time And couldn’t tell me if even then it could be diagnosed. He said they’d have to take it all apart. Ii don’t have that kind of time to just sit and wait. I just told him never mind and left. Not Ulysses fault. It was my fault I just dropped in. I have been a long time customer of diamond valley Honda and I don’t know why everyone seemed overwhelmed on this day. I wish I could have had my car fixed it wasn’t possible I guess. I would have considered trading my car for a new purchase but again, not sure I would do that now because i left feeling kind of like you guys didn’t want to help me because you were so busy. Strange because I didn’t see to many people waiting for their cars and it was like 1:30 pm.
