The service techs should come out to the car and greet customers shortly after they pull up. I waited in the driveway for 10mins before I was acknowledged.

No complaints, however a suggestion, when the customer has given Honda Service and service understands what the work load probably will be, if the customer schedules a date and time, or if the customer is waiting, Honda needs to be realistic and honest with the client and re-schedule them to a date that ALL of the requested can be addressed, not do a partial amount of work and then tell him/her that they have to return to finish the work. Seriously!?
