Ulises was fantastic, but I learned that Honda does not encourage software updates on the smart components unless they malfunction. That is a very backward policy. They should be updated as part of routine service.

I did a service on vehicle . There was only 1 lug nut and the other one was hand tightened. There were 3 lug nuts missing. My husband had them jack the car up because the tire was loose . That was an accident waiting to happen. I am very dissatisfied with the service there and they is where I normally take it when I need something done to my vehicle. I expect some kind of compensation.

Unhappy and unsatisfied with the customer service provided by the advisor. For oil change with appointment, waited for 4 hours? Advisor was not concerned about informing the customer when car is ready after waiting too long. Advisor was informed in the beginning customer will be waiting and updated contact phone number. Texted the other number instead of the other number provided by the customer waiting in the lobby. I’m very disappointed with the customer service experience.

I ask them to give me a complimentary car wash and the service person who washed my car did A HORRIBLE JOB of washing my vehicle. My car looked a lot better before they washed it. The person who washed my car didn’t even have the courtesy to dry the vehicle therefore there were water spots on the side mirrors the car had spots on it and there were wet spots all over therefore I WAS VERY DISATISFIED WITH MY VISIT. Needless to say we pay a lot of money for our vehicles and 1 complimentary wash SHOULD BE AN ADD ON DONE WITH PRIDE AND HONOR AND NOT TO MENTION APPRECIATION.
