It was a good experience, but they forgot to fix the issue with the recall on the electrical outlet in the third row. We were also told that the hesitation my Odyssey experiences, is just how it is. I do a lot of around town driving because I have 4 teenagers. It is not something I would have expected to have to deal with with a car less than a year old. I’m very disappointed about that. This is not a complaint about Jesse, he was very nice and all the service representatives were very accommodating.

I will usually come to get my car serviced and will take about an hr. This time it took a little over two hrs. I under mat and though that right now some things may have changed, with this pandemic. I was tired of waiting by the time I got up and saw that my car was outside. I had not been called yet. Your customer service guy made some small talk and I felt better. I had been growing impatient. I am a frequent customer of your service center. I will be coming back. Hopefully the circumstances will be different.
