James was very welcoming, and told me my service would be done I about one hour, he also offered a tire rotation, for the service, which I appreciated. The time that was estimated was 1 hour. After 2 1/2 hours waiting during our extreme Coronavirus situation, it is not right! I am very disappointed in the service during this pandemic, when I booked the service they assured a safe protocol. I saw many without masks, or gloves, and nothing in the waiting room for distances! I was given a discount in my service, but that does not equal my safety! I expect a lot more from my local Honda dealership! This is very concerning!
