I was so happy my coupon was honored as I didn’t realize I had to show it prior to the service. Noted for next time! As always, the staff was great and waiting area kept clean. My only disappointment was that it took 2 hours for service this time, but perhaps it was because I had oil change as well as cabin and engine air filters changed. Overall great service as always! That’s why I always drive out to DV Honda for my service.

After purchasing this car new and only making it to 39K it was a very frustrating day when my car just didn’t turn on. Walking into the Honda dealership I bought it from new just a year and a half ago I would have expected a little bit of kindness but I was greeted with zero kindness. Respect? Also none. The initial person I spoke with I believe to be the manager was the rudest person I dealt with during my visit. If this is the leader it is no wonder the experience was so terrible. After just a small visit I can assure you I will never purchase another Honda and neither will anyone who listens to my experience.
