Having an appointment system is great. Having an appointment system and not holding to it, is not great. I had an appointment for 1100, and kept up my end, dropped off the vehicle at 1100. I know things happen, but at no time did anyone even have the courtesy to tell me they were running late/behind. The vehicle wasn't even taken in for service until 1230.
The service representative was.kore concerned with going home, than providing customer service. Finally I asked at 1:00, and was told it was almost done. I can only hope that the requested service was actually done. I keep coming back to Diamond Valley Honda for the customer service (have 3 Honda's from here) but this is unreal.

The guy that assisted me was very dry and somewhat rude. He didnt offered me other services for my vehicle or did any review on my whole vehicle. I was really disappointed. The reason I like to bring my vehicle to the dealer shop is because you guys always do a whole check list of the things that my car need attention on. This time he didnt mention anything at all. I asked him, and it seems like he got bothered because I asked him to show me the paper check list diagram. Also I asked him for the car wash, he replied very rude. Very bad experience ????

Great customer service. Very informative. Unfortunately the repair was very pricey. I find $430 for labor very expensive to replace a starter
