Instead of taking my wife’s phone number when she dropped off the car, I kept getting messages. While at the dealership, she was never notified that the car was finished. She had to go inside to inquire. She was then told the car was ready and that it was probably over “there” somewhere and handed the keys. Luckily she knew where the car actually was (nowhere near where the rep stated).

I had to remind the service employees twice that I have the Honda Service contract. I had the oil change in December but they changed it again this week. I didn’t ask for that. Follow the paperwork closer?
