I verified I had two free oil changes with this exact service writer two days before and had made an appointment. When I got there he was disgusted by the situation and rolled his eyes.. I tried to tell him I was trying to save him some time because I know his time is valuable.. He responded by saying I still have to check with your policy plan because you didn’t but the car from here.. You could tell he was irritable ..I politely said okay.. if you need to do it again that’s fine.
