You people are criminals. I am sick and tired of taking our car to you for Service when 5 out of the 6 oil changes and your shady establishment has left the oil filter lose. 1 time is an accident, twice is a coincidence, 5 times is purposeful. I will be calling the owner of your shady establishment on Monday, wasting another day of my time due to your incompetent technicians. We will be expecting a full refund and will tell as many people on Social Media and as many other platforms how criminal you people are. Plus you will be able to count with less than one finger on how much money we will be spending at your shady establishment in the future.

I had an appointment for a vehicle diagnostics and it went well. The fact is prior to the appointment I went to a different company Auto group to get my car diagnosed and the bill was outrageous, the issues of the vehicle was numerous. I made an appointment to diamond valley Honda and they did their own diagnostics and discovered that I only had basic wear and tear and no needed major issues with the vehicle so I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

Nothing against the advisor, but the tech that checks things out keeps turning my automatic lights off. I understand if they have to be inspected and make sure they work, but please return the vehicle to the settings left by the customer. Driving late at night and relying on your preset settings only for them to not be where you’ve had them the entire time you own your vehicle is inconvenient

This man lied and said that my tire already had a patch and that he could
Not remove the nail in my tire and patch it because “you can’t have 2 patches on a tire”. He then proceeded to tell me I needed a completely new tire because apparently I already had a hole from a previous nail (false information). This was all a lie he let me leave with my spare tire On because “they took the nail out of your tire and it’s flat now”. I went to another tire shop where he told the information Mr. Valdez told me was false I only had 1 nail in the tire and that there was no previous patch from any previous nail. The other tire shop fixed my patch for as little as $10 when Mr.Valdez was trying to scam me for $140. I do not appreciate this service is it because I am a woman that he thinks I’m Dumb? Please hire better employees. Also tell him to work on his customer service can’t even talk correctly. Thank you.
