I was told by the technician it would be one hour at the very most 1.5 hours. When I went to check out 1 3/4 of an hour the technician was nowhere to be found. Approximately 20 minutes later he came to me and said I had to go off campus I’m sorry it will take at least another 15 minutes. I can understand emergencies but I would like to be informed and updated. I would have made other arrangements to bring the car in at another time as it delayed An appointment that I had following the 1 1/2 hour promise of having the car done. As it turned out it was over an hour after the promised one and a half hour time limit.

I brought the car in for yearly check up. Asked that they check it out.....fluids, tires, etc. and to also to do my DMV smog check. I was surprised when I was told everything was fine and all I had to pay for was the smog. Usually when I come in for service I see a list of everything they have checked - like brakes, filters etc. but there was nothing like that attached to the invoice. Still it was nice to know that no work was recommended.
