Alejandro was so knowledgeable & professional! he explained everything that needed to be explained although i didn’t need much done he explained to me what each section of the multipoint inspection meant & how to read it my self. he was quick & to the point when i got my car back he didn’t keep me longer than i needed to be which is super convenient!! he’s such a gem! take care of him.

Ulisis flores was great as always. However the techs who serviced my car were very unprofessional. Ullesis told them how to start my car w/remote they did not listen & kept setting off my alarm. I went to were my car was & they were trying to find a kill switch.i have a camera in my car & it recorded everything they were saying wich was very fowl.they some how broke a custom piece that goes I my inside door handle. I contacted Ullisis & informed him of the matter he said he will fwd it to his manager.

I have oi change 11.00 am when I was on time he said it's take 1.30 I said ok when is 1.00 my car not tuchh I have accident I was in pain I asked how sold car to me why they not change oil he said let me find out nothig happens then I go to parts dipartment guys I know he go and take to some one he said they will work on it then other guys come I put some one work in your car I said I never come back again then first guys came your car is ready I said you you told me what happens he said I don't charge you for the Service he said your car is ready they rush to car wash my tire rotating not done I buy 4 car from your khow on I neter come back I will tell other
