I was initially upset because when I brought the car in for service, the warning light for the keyless entry on the dash wasn’t on, but I explained the problem, and it didn’t get fixed. Then I brought it back when the light came on, and YOUR GUYS scheduled me for the next week and were supposed to have the part. I get there, and after already waiting, they told me the part would have to be ordered and I should bring it back. If they didn’t give me the CRV to borrow, I might not still be a customer. But having it really helped me out, so I forgive your team.
