Having an emergency far from home is scary. Diamond Valley Honda stepped up to help. With my car needing repairs due to an incident 100 miles away, I was treated like a neighbor. My service tech Joel Williams kept me in the loop, was always available fir a phone call, took care of details with insurance, and ultimately delivered a perfect repair job. The car is running like new. I highly recommend having an incident near Hemet if you’re going to have one. ????

When I went to Honda thinking they had the part to install in my car and they didn't have it Alex made sure that the part was ordered for me immediately. I brought my car in and after waiting 2 hrs was told I had to come back when my check engine light came on. When the started my car they would have seen my check engine light was not on. It should not have taken 2 hrs to inform me they could not check for the recall.
