I like how Joel acknowledged the customer upon entering his work day and asking how the client is. Joel also gave recommendations on future service and was knowledgeable on how to identify safety alerts on the customers car. It is professional to receive advice when customers are not aware on how to identify issues on certain areas of the engine.
