They did fix either issue

First I call to see if they were doing walkins they said yes I show up there at eight the guy tells me I need to leave because one of the workers just walked out of work. I told him I couldn’t because I just drove there and he didn’t oil change and he tells me that I need to pick up my car the next morning long story short my car was ready at four that’s the best he could do so I said OK no problem. Then I told him I’m gonna need a shuttle from my house I’m back to the dealership to pick up my car. When it was time they told me we cannot send a shadow cause you live in Perez even though that was a lie they have always done that because I have done multiple services in my Honda in that dealership and the shuttle always goes there. So I did not like that Alex was lying about that only because he was trying to be nice to the female driver seeing that owns five she’s not gonna make it at six you have to leave at six like that’s not my problem when I drop off my car I specifically asked for a shuttle to pick me up and they said yes you guys are quick to take my hard-working money as a single mother but you guys never do you guises part on keeping the customer satisfy you guys claim come to your local dealership and we do and this is how you guys have treated us and this is not the first time this happens this is happened more than once and on top of that I will buy like two cars from you guys Overall experience was bad if you guys need to talk to you guys as a worker and tell them not to lie about the snow stuff because it’s not worth it

Ulises is the best! He helped me with two major repairs on my vehicle. Although I wish I didn’t need to get the work done, he made the experience the best he possibly could. I now make to drive to Diamond Valley for car’s service needs.

Excellent service by Joel and Diamond Valley Honda

I initially brought my car in on 13th of May. I was told the technician diagnosed the problem; however, the part needed to repair the vehicle had to be ordered. I was informed to bring my car in on 05/19/21, to have the repair done. When I arrived I was told my car was unable to be worked on due to not having the part and the technician who diagnosed it was not at the location. I should have been informed of the situation prior to my follow up appointment. The dealership kept my car over night to repair it the following day. My car was ready for pick up around 1000 am; however, no one informed me it was done. It was not until 300 pm I found out my car was ready to be pick up. I had to call the dealership to found this out. I then had to wait an additional two hours for a shuttle to pick me up and take me to the dealership. On top of this, my car has been in and out of the dealership for the same problem (oil leak) on several occasions.

Mr Williams has excellent customer service and he was polite.

Evey time I go in there for a service I'm stuck waiting at least 4 hours. I understand there sorry but it's everytime, sorry just doesn't cut it anymore.

Joel is amazing!

I took my Honda Civic in 4 different times for the same issue and each time it was a “it could have been this” but no real solution, understanding or diagnosis of the problem. Took the vehicle, with the same issue, to a Toyota store and now the problem was fixed and handled. Nothing to do with any of the different responses received from when I took the car in 4 times. It’s upsetting that a Toyota service drive could fix the issue the Honda service drive couldn’t on a Honda Civic.

I thank you for the service on my Honda car and I would like to trade it in for a newer Honda 4 dr accord

This was my first time servicing my car at your dealership. Joel was very professional and detailed in explaining everything concerning the repairs to my Honda. I will be returning in the near future to continue servicing my HONDA at your dealership. Excellent job well done!!
