I had a terrible experience at Diamond Valley Honda and will not be returning to dealership. I arrived at 10 am for a simple appointment to have car remote which I purchased from the dealer 3 months ago checked because it stopped working already. When no one had came back to tell me anything by 12:30 pm I went to service desk to see how much longer it would be. I was told by the service tech that the tech helping me had left for lunch. He offered to call to check with him. After calling him, the service tech told me that the remote battery simply had died and the tech had already replaced the battery and reprogrammed the remote and was finished. I am not sure why the service technician did not return my car or pass the message on to his colleagues to return my vehicle prior to leaving for lunch. This is terrible customer service. Who knows how much longer I would have been waiting if I did not go ask about my car. There is no reason that I should have waited over 2.5 hours for a simple change of batteries for remote. I will never return to this dealership due to the poor customer service. I would rather travel to a Honda dealership further away from my home with better service.
