the repair was fast, and thank you also for the car wash and to the nice man who drove me home (service ride)…
the only thing that saddened me was the customer service. when i got in for the service, i think 3 were on the phone and 3 were not and probably doin something on their computers. i was just there, standing, didnt know who to approach and no one asked me like “have you been helped?” or “may i help you” or “be with you in minute”.. i dont wanna feel i was discriminated, its just that when a white lady came in, she was greeted immediately and asked how she could be helped, how would someone think and feel about that?
secondly, when i got my car after the service, and got home, i noticed that the door handle/ left arm rest in the driver seat was dirty, like as if a hand with grease or something hold onto it..

First, they got my appointment date wrong. It was a Friday and they wrote down Saturday so when I showed up they told me they weren’t expecting me. They still let me keep the car there so I went back home. Then when I got home I got a phone call that they didn’t order the windshield for my car so I had to drive back about 30 mins to pick up my car. It was very inconvenient and annoying. I went somewhere else.

I’ve ask them to check on my windshield wiper control on the intermediate speed control. When I picked up my Van the service writer told me that it’s working fine but it not. I have to demonstrate to him that is not function the way it should be.
