Lack of communication lead to inconvenience for my family

During the check in process I was turned away by Alex stating an appointment was not scheduled. The appointment was made a week prior. This delayed the check-in and had to wait four hours for my cars oil change to be complet. After the service the metal sheet in the undercarriage cas not placed back correctly and I had to return in oder to have it fixed.
