Your service department ****. To make it even more difficult, we drove more than 150+ miles each time to get there. We bought a truck from you in June and reported a problem right away. It took almost 2 months to get the okay from the service department to bring the truck in. The truck was in the dealers possession for 8 weeks before we were told it was fixed and ready to be picked up. All we did was drive it from the dealer to the freeway to discover the noise/ problem was still there. We drove it home as the dealership was closing when we were there. We reported the problem the very next day, it’s been 3 working days and no one has even followed up with us

I made an appointment for 9 o’clock this morning. I arrive 10 minutes early and my car was inspected. Upon the completion of the inspection, the team member tell me it will take about an hour to an hour and a half. I went up front after a little bit over two hours to check to see how the service was going on my vehicle. The vehicle was completed. However, they needed to update the information in the computer, which they were having issues with the computer. By the time I left out from my service appointment it was three hours. All the service techs were friendly, as well as they attempted to be supportive.
