The service we had done on our CR-V was a simple oil change. That said, we were attended to right away and kept informed via text msgs. I’m really impressed by the manner in which technology was utilized throughout the experience. We were able to view the video inspection, had access to a number of reports in real time etc. The technology aspect combined with the personal engagement of Jesse, made for a most pleasant and productive morning. Jesse was great. The problem lies with the repair technicians. This is the second time I've brought my civic in for a oil change and had the under carriage mangled by your tech. The first time they made me pay for the damages, said they could've caused the damage. Took it in this morning and drove off the lot, took the freeway and heard scapping under the car. Exited the freeway and saw the damage under the car again. Called immediately and was told to bring it in. I believe the damage is from them putting it on the lift in the wrong spot and crushing soft metal under carriage. Not happy. I will not be told I did it and I have to pay for it !
