Jesse was great waiting time was ridiculous and that 2hr and half was with an appointment for what I went in to have done the waiting was just extreme Jesse did say it took longer than expected overall next time I will just have to go home I would be more comfortable and get a whole lot more done that needed my attention I too work my time off is valuable to me.

I wish Honda would have all the stereo codes on a website for the dealership to look up and give the customer whenever the battery was disconnected. Besides this my experience was great also for the polite employee he did his best to help me with my issue with the car stereo code even tried to get into contact with someone that was in a meeting. Jesse was put on hold for a while and never complained . The gentleman went above and beyond and for that I thank you.
