I am extremely disappointed with the customer that I received from Nancy and your team my car was damaged under your care. It was not property reported to me and the customer service rep Nancy should be fired for her attitude and non-customer service ability she took the situation personal and even accuse me of causing the damage to my car myself which is ridiculous, they were suggested to me that my car go to the body shop and I was asking why no one would say or give me a reason and when I discovered that I had electrical tape on the inside of my gas lid it finally made sense to me they were trying to cover-up the damage they caused and I don’t appreciate it was a horrible experience and very unprofessional I want my car fixed asap and I’m never coming back to this place

Wednesday morning at 7 am I dropped my car off for an appointment to get the starter replaced. I get a call later in the day saying it had to stay overnight and that it would be ready by Thursday afternoon. I get a call Thursday morning at 9 saying my car service was completed. When I went to get the car, no service was even done to my car. Jesse tells me it would be a 2 hour job and we would get a call when it’s completely done. So for a total of 30 hours they had not worked on it at all. For a 2 hour job that could’ve been done that Wednesday. This location had ample time to have my car completed, however, they decided to wait until I called to get a timeframe for when it would be done. Mind you, I was put on hold for 7 minutes just to be transferred to voicemail. So when I finally got the call to get my car, they couldn’t find my keys nor my car. When I got into my car they failed to wash my car and also put gas in it. There are specks of whatever on all my windows now. I am very unsatisfied with my service. Nothing was done in a timely manner. There was miscommunication everywhere in the service department. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be back to have service done and I expect my service to be done in a professional and timely manner.

Lilian is a very pleasant person, she is very thorough and complete with information plus she is very patient with any questions. Her honesty is refreshing. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee. I look forward to my next appointment.
