Thank you for the great customer service. I had some issues a couple of months ago and was very disappointed with the customer service. Then I had my car checked for an oil leak that started after the work was completed. Two weeks ago and the mechanic insisted that there was no leak. I came home and place a card board under my car and collected the leak for a weak. I reached out to the manger and he was assured me that the problem would be resolved. The attention to the matter was handled professionally in making it right. Hopefully I will not need to return a third time.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had recently been in the hospital and had complications from the medications. I told the service tech I had to return I needed the service done quickly as I had to go back to Kaiser that morning. He listened and got me out if there in under an hour. I appreciated everything he did for me as I was in extreme pain and ended up in urgent care. So thanks to the service tech who took such good care of me.
