Franky exhibited excellent customer service. He greeted me wit a smile, had eye contact and explained the redd so alts of the maintenance report. My wait time was less than hour. In fact, I always receive great service when I have my car service at your location. The only negative thing is Moss Honda’s fees are slightly lower.

came in for an alignment and was quickly checked in and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately today 1/31 , i began to notice that my steering wheel was off-center . I would expect at least my wheel to be straight considering I spent $100 on an alignment at a Honda dealer.
