Ulysses was fine. I think he helped as best he could. The problem was with the service. I had new front brake pads installed on Thursday. On Saturday, I noticed a mild jerking sensation when I used the brakes. I texted Nancy today and she said to bring the car in. I asked if an appointment was necessary. I advised I would be there at 2:00. Nancy was not available so Ulysses said to have a seat and they would assess. I checked back at 4:40 and Ulysses said it should be soon. At 5:30 he said 20 more minutes. They had to resurface the rotors again. I was out of there at 6:08. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Overall a good and convenient experience. My only issue is that they only flushed and filled my transmission fluid transfer case and didn't do my differential as well. Perhaps it was my fault for not clarifying with them but transmission fluid service on an all wheel drive vehicle SHOULD include flushing and refilling the rear differential too.
