About four months aga I changed the front pads in my Rav 4 a month later I complained about a noise in the front brakes and the rear breaks I bring the car to the your dealer South Bay Toyota and the mechanic fix the rear breaks but did nothing in the front brakes and the noise continues. Today 04/25/26 I bring my Rav 4 for an oil change and after 4 1/2 hours waiting I was informed that the car needs new brake pads and new rotors the price was $750 for new pads and rotors. I was informed that the rotors were damaged after the new pads were installed

Thanks, car did feel better driving home, noticed that my fuel gauge needle did not move left direction to empty. I am telling the truth, distanc bue is felt when you Maxed at a certain pplace, but you know you covered more distance.

Pre inspection video picture of my vehicle does not show a scratch on my driver side door but appears after walking to retrieve my car after service. I noticed the scratch on driver door and immediately brought to the Service Writer, Alfredo attention. He also didn’t see a scratch from the pre inspection. Spoke with Dennis and was told they would review camera footage of the service to see if something happened. After reaching out for status, Alfredo replied per mgr. Mr Lemoli, service camera shows nothing. I’m not pleased. My car has been serviced there for at least 9 years, no problems. I’m questioning now if I should continue to bring my wife’s vehicle if this should happen to her car.
