Each time visiting service department, quality of service is going down hill.
I purchased 7 cars in last 5 years but may need to change the selection of vehicle. Looks like you have too many staffs but they don’t know how to communicate each other.
I believe Customer service require hospitality, specially when recall customer being to the shop.

I had the tailgate latch replaced. I asked to make sure that the locking mechanism works on it and when I got home and tried to lock my tailgate, it does not work so I now have to go back and take my truck again to have you guys fix what you were supposed to already fix and I paid $750.
