I brought my expedition in for a warranty recall/bulletin repair regarding the paint/trim on the doors. I also expressed my concerns regarding a smaller piece of trim on the windows which appeared to be loosing paint as well as specks on the rear hatch that seem to be imbedded in the clearcoat. I questioned if these could be warranty released as my mileage was closing in to 35k so I would appreciate it being inspected and notated on my account. I felt these concerns were not addressed when I picked up my vehicle and inquired about the determination for those other issues. I was told to just call Ford customer service instead. I did call Ford customer service but after 45+ minutes and speaking with three different representatives I got no help.
