Service was prompt and courteous. I watched the service techs working on my vehicle, and was very impressed by how thorough they were checking various areas on my vehicle. Apparently my windshield wiper fluid was extremely low they used a full jug and a little bit more to fill it. I was very happy with my service.

I was overcharged from the price of the tires and had to make a trip back. He originally wanted to put the overcharge as a future credit on a future oil change. I came in for lugs nuts and oil change on first visit June 1 and purchased set of tires on June 2. I feel as though I am just bring sold repairs without receiving actual proof I need them like a second rate used car dealership. I do not trust that I am going to get fair pricing and over priced upkeep. I do not appreciate being called young lady either for that matter. I know I'm old. Lol. Don't have the slick used car dealership attitude with the Ford location. I expect better. I really dont know If I will ever return.

I've always gotten outstanding service from Ford of Dalton. Their employees have always been very courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicles needs. Even the manager, I believe his name is John, has gone out of his way to speak with me on several occasions inquiring about the level of service I was receiving. That is very rare! I give them 5 stars
