I have avoided going to other Ford dealerships for service because of the poor treatment and poor reviews. However, the young man that checked me in and out at your Dalton location was condescending and asked a question about my car that was really unrelated. When I responded, he said, something like most people don’t put spacers on unless they plan to install larger tires. “That blew my mind. He then attempted to charge me after I told him I paid online. I told him I had already paid. The other gentleman in the same office area also told him that he had seen the payment in the system, but he still chose to check his computer before trusting me with my key. I believe he needs customer service training, or he might benefit from being moved to a position that doesn’t involve customer interaction.

Noah,did as I requested to ensure the oil level was checked. The Ford book says eight quarters of oil,but it takes about 1/4 quart more to fill it to halfway on the dip stick. I have changed the oil twice myself.

I had my tires rotated, im assuming he had an issue getting the center cap off, it is now warped. Its a 3 piece wheel.The center cap doesn't stay in. This is the first time i had you rotate the tires.I came back down there when I seen it but you were closed.
