I’ve been having my vehicles serviced at quick lane for 3-4 years now and recently noticed a significant decline in work quality. Starting with my wife’s platinum explorer the car had been acting up with shifting issues and I took it to a reputable mechanic who could check it quickly they let me know that the trans fluid had a seep not a leak and had not been checked EVER it was very low I always have my car serviced here why wasn’t this caught? You guys almost cost me a transmission because of negligence….. Today I had my f150 platinum serviced left the dealership got to my next destination and realized the tech had left my rim caps loose and resulted in one of them coming loose wiggling around and damaging/scratching my very expensive aftermarket 22” rims that were in perfect condition prior to service it’s yet another significant display of negligence obviously the result of piss poor management who doesn’t appreciate or preach customer satisfaction and the value of quality work not sure I will bring my vehicles back after today.
