During the time our vehicle was at the location each interaction with Omar was disappointing. He had a poor attitude and assured me that due to the size of the vehicle it would be sitting a long time before it can be serviced. After diagnosing the issue he told me I was unable to drive the vehicle. He reaffirmed that it was unsafe due to the oil leak the vehicle had. According to FMCSA guidelines the “leak” does not qualify as a leak significant enough for a vehicle to be placed out of service. He then requested my manager to pay him “a little more money” and they could service my vehicle quicker. It was a very unprofessional experience and Cox Fleet (Cox Automotive) will not be using this location for any services going forward as a result of the above experience.
