I paid for a tire rotation and it was not done, they put 46 psi in a tire that had a leak in it and the other 3 tires they put 39 PSI in them.

We also had to bring the vehicle right back to them so to a part not placed correctly and rubbing against the rotor. Although they did fix it right away, it was very stressful and inconvenient to us.

Checked in at 0700 2/6/26. At 0900 went to find Brandi to see where our car was as the recall should have taken less than an hour. Brandi checked with service person that only just got notified of our car. So 2 hours wasted as your beta testing of some new program wasn't working correctly. No follow up after an hour by Brandi to see what the hold up was. An apology but we were there 2 hours 45 mins for a less than an hour fix. No offer of any compensation. The car needed new wiperblades found during the check but no offer to replace them as a courtesy for the wait. Pretty poor customer service for your usually good dealership.
