I was a walk in customer seeking warranty repair service for my 2024 Tundra Limited 4x4 off road due to a loud squealing noise during reverse. Upon arrival, Ellen Stubenhaus, my service manager greeted me courteously with a nice smile. She immediately acknowledged my concerns and assisted me without hesitation. Ellen clearly explained the TSB regarding Tundra brakes and ensured I fully understood both the process and corrective actions being taken. Her communication was clear and professional. My experience with her was absolutely excellent, wishing she’d be my permanent service manager. I have no complaints whatsoever and am extremely satisfied with the level of service she provided.

Ellen continues to get the wrong truck in when I clearly stated what truck multiple times. The fact I keep getting notifications that my 2015 truck is done and it was never serviced to begin with is a joke. This is twice now that I’ve stated and made an appointment for my dad’s brand new 2025 truck and she continues to think it’s my 2015. She the gets the service wrong and texted me the truck is done making me drive there to only be told it was an error in the system. This is just the tip of the iceberg with her horrible service and the waste of my time continually going up there just to clear up confusion that your inexperience team is providing. Your management needs to do a check up on the competence of your workers there asap. Most of the are clueless to their actual job.
