I have owned Toyotas for decades, but the service at Bob Tyler has led me to conclude I should sell all of my Toyotas and move to a new brand—not because Toyotas have declined but because the service department is horrific to deal with every time. I really hate to leave Toyota behind, but today’s visit really is reason enough.

My truck now has a skip, like a missing cylinder that wasn’t there before. Everyone was very flippant with regards to the entire process and for me spending three thousand dollars and being without my only vehicle for four days was a very big deal. I feel taken advantage of and I don’t understand why.
