I called the person 3 times and left a voicemail I want to know if my tires were rotated or not I don’t see that in the invoice. It seems you were more focused on things to repair than the things you we’re supposed to do

Look I don’t have anything against my andvisor Ellen. She was great and as nice as she could be. My issue is with the predatory practices of your car dealership. Adding vague, flat fee charges to an invoice just because you can is disgusting. I paid for a standard service. It should have standard pricing. The fact that my preapproved cost ended up being almost $100 more by the end is ridiculous. There’s no reason a multipoint inspection, top off of fluids, and a wiper and filter change should have a random “shop supplies” charge. Just because your technician wore a pair of gloves or something doesn’t give you the right to gouge your customers. Dealerships already have such a bad reputation. This is just another one of those practices that causes trust issues just so you can make $50. I didn’t buy my vehicle at your dealership and only took it in because you were the local option, but I’ll never return if I can help it. Then to top it off, my dashcam was just hanging from the cord left to dangle for some reason. What happened there? Why was it even touched?

The few interactions I had with Ryan were pleasant. He wasn’t able to check me in because he had too many appointments. I called and was told I’d have an appointment with him only to arrive to my appointment being changed to someone named Charles. The updates I received were initiated by me. My vehicle stated overnight. No one provided an update. I called and was sent to Ryan’s voicemail after 1 pm. Still no call back. I came to the dealership after 4pm and was informed Ryan was off on 4/1/26. Seems like someone would have told me and my invoice would have been transferred to someone else for follow up and completion? Instead everyone was looking like a dear in headlights when I arrived. I am highly disappointed with the service I received this time. The lack of organization, professionalism, and the mere fact that my time isn’t important or respected is concerning. This is the second time I’ve scheduled an appointment with someone only to arrive and the appointment magically changed. I’ve spent a lot of money and time at Bob Tyler Toyota but lately the service has greatly diminished. It’s sad I now have to consider driving all the way to Eastern Shore Toyota in hopes of finding consistent, quality service, but I will. I would like to commend the shop foreman (Joe?) for taking the time out of his busy schedule to ride with me to help identify the noise under my vehicle. He was a breath of fresh air.
