All of the staff greeting me on arrival were extremely nice and welcoming. Cap was especially kind and helpful. The clerk checking me out after the service was also professional. I am very grateful for how I was treated by staff that I interacted with. I spent nearly $300 for the 80k service with tire rotation. I purchased new filters and windshield wipers as well. Unfortunately, the windshield fluid was empty when I got my car back. Also, no air was placed in my tires after rotation, and the PSI in each tire is lower than it should be. It makes me wonder that if these routine details were missed, what other things may have been missed? Did I actually receive the filters I paid extra for? It’s not the end of the world by any means, just frustrating. I needed air conditioner service as well, but was told I would have to go somewhere else. Also frustrating, because I prefer Toyota mechanics for my Toyota. Again, I do appreciate the kind treatment, just frustrated that I had to go to an auto parts store after an expensive service to take of the things that were not done.
