After I left, I had to go back, because the mechanics left greased hand prints on the interior front doors arm rest. Shelia took my vehicle to the have the area cleaned. The inside drivers door arm rest was clean. Thank you, Shelia. After leaving the second time, I noticed a black smug, more like a large dot still on the front passenger door arm rest. I did not go back or call. At that point, I was exhausted from going back and forth. I will do better checking before leaving next time.

My service checklist mentioned the tire pressure checked out at 35. But the tire pressure light stayed on, until I checked it myself, & all tires were at 30. It seems like the technician overlooked it.
The rest of the vehicle has been working fine.

Serenah was great, the service advisor is no reflection of this review. I brought my tundra in for a customer engagement free oil change and left in a deficit. Whenever I received my Tundra back, the driver door had a ding and scratch on it that was so excessive that it took the paint all to way down to the metal. The impact from the ding was enough to take the paint away completely and ding the door. The service technician not only heard an audible thud during the impact of my door, but surely he felt the energy transfer through his arm as well. When I received my truck back from the free oil change, there was nothing said - I had to find it myself. It was on the drivers door, right below the door handle. I’m very fortunate that Serenah took a detailed video of my Tundra prior to pulling it back into the oil change bay as a technician that does not report damage to a vehicle that severe would also deny wrong doing. Because of the damage, the door will need to be removed, badging will need to be replaced along with the clear film on the side of the door etc. I don’t like for my truck to be tampered with as I assume during this painting process the door seals, door panel, door hinge, and electronics will need to be removed. I understand that mistakes happen, I make them daily - but i own up to them chin up and chest out. Better training systems and rubberized protection (?) needs to be implemented at this facility. I came in for an oil change, scheduled extra services for my wife’s Toyota and left with more problems than I started with.

I was unable to get an "true" estimate for the radio replacement. It is OK if the plan is to message me when the warehouse opens on Monday. The panel that fits below the glove box was left on my back seat. The gentleman that checked me out put it back on. He didn't have tools, I'm hoping it did not require screwing anything in. I was asked if I was completely satisfied, I was mostly satisfied.

Approximately 6 hours after I got home I got the same alert on my dash saying it had low tire after just getting a new tire . I believe I was given a new tire and also was accidentally left with the wrong tire that was supposed to be replaced.

With the repair issue I was having. Upon inspection after washing the vehicle a small red paint ding in the driver's side door. Was observed at pickup but truck was dirty with pollen and dirt film from inactivity thought it was from trees or such.i will check arrival video to see if it shows driver's door at close view.
