I have a complaint..the guy who took my car for a "test drive" abused my car. My golf clubs are half way out of the bag, my fly rod was under my golf bag. Everything in the back was shuffled all over.....no way to treat a customer vehicle.

I was satisfied with Jamie's performance She was honest with us and did what she could. The dealership did not have the tires the Prius needed needed and the tires proposed were a little a little pricey. I stopped at The Portage tire shop and was able to have tires installed immediately at a better price but when I called to schedule completion of the inspection I was advised it could not get an appointment until May 27th or unless there was a cancelation. I have an appointment in Tuesday near your shop and was hoping avoid a special trip to have the inspection completed. Can you work with me?

My husband takes his car to a competitive dealership in the area and every 6 months when he takes his car in they clean the front seat car mats and do a quick car wash. It’s something simple and low cost but is a nice bonus for using the dealership instead of other local places.
