I had an appointment for a tire rotation and PA State Inspection. When I arrived I was told there was a recall that needed taken care of and it will take an additional 1 to 1.5 hours. I told the advisor that I will be waiting. I sat there for 4 hours until my vehicle was completed. That’s unacceptable!

My husband and I started going to Laurel Toyota in 2007. We were always satisfied with the used cars we bought there, and then later the new cars we purchased there. We haven’t been to another dealer since. My husband passed away in 2022, and when I had to buy a car by myself in 2024, I knew I would be comfortable at Laurel. I bought the new Rav 4 and traded in a Camry as well as my husband’s Jeep. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The people there, whether they are office staff, mechanics, or salesmen have always been friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and polite. I’ll be a customer there for life. I feel your prices are way too high. And the fact you charge an extra 3 percent for credit cards is ridiculous. An operation as large as yours should easily be able to absorb what the card companies charge you. I will likely be looking for a new place to service my Rav.
