Given that I had an 11am appointment and my car wasn't taken back to be worked on until after 12 and it took almost an additional hour for the wash, time was an issue.

Very racist, bad actitud , bad ????, they didn’t respect my appointment time , they say something else , then she saw I was Latin , the day no loaner car for me , until Diana one sales person help me . Í appreciate everything to Diana . Even the guy who sold me the car , didn’t event want to answer my question. (Tim) I will never buy a car at Kia again, y am a single mother of family , I saved my money , for a down payment of a car , I went there , and the pices from my car are falling apart and they say dont know how long I am going to be with my car like that.
