My battery needed replaced so I could travel to PA the following day to attend a reunion and other events in my hometown. Melissa informed me they were booked, but would try to fit me in. The battery was installed by mid-afternoon. However, on the way home so noticed the back window would not stay up. I took it back, and after trying several different approaches, the problem was solved. WOW! Two miracles in one day. Throughput the entire process of fixing both problems, everyone involved were focused on one thing…Customer service. I have dealt with over twenty dealerships in my adult life, and after this experience in October 15th, KIA Country of Hilton Head is NUMBER 1!!! When y'all first opened a couple of years ago, I didn't have that great of an experience in the service department and decided that I'd just continue to drive to Kia of Charleston for my service needs. Since I bought the car, the time and mileage to next service has been incorrect. When I start the car, it says that my next service is due in several thousand miles and approximately 3.9 MILLION years. On the infotainment screen it shows a different milage and thousands of days. On the phone I get still different large results and it says that service has been completed up through maintenance has been completed through 80,000 miles. I currently have about 1,600 miles. Service tried to cix it but it didn’t work. My service rep said that she would call KIA and try to get an answer.
