Thank you, look forward to the survey. I feel like the oil change probably went well they had took a little longer than interested or projected. The only thing I'm not sure about it if my car washed afterwards. And I let them know that I did. Returns to me it looked the same as far as spots and dust as it did when I dropped it off. I know that the survey is more about the oil change then the car wash portion but just wanted to provide some feedback on the experience as a whole.

It was an overall good experience. I did notice that the women that serviced me Shelby Beeson was kind of dismissive, she was very on edge and I felt rushed throughout the whole process. She appeared nice but I could tell it wasn’t genuine. Nothing was wrong with my oil change though just wish I would’ve experienced better customer service!

It took 2 hours to get get my emissions inspection after I already had an 11 o'clock appointment. Then when they were done and I paid and got my keys, they said my car was out front. I went out front and my car wasn't there. I went back to service and said my car wasn't in front. Shelby grabbed my keys and it took another 15 minutes for them to bring my car to me
