I am disappointed that a safety inspection was not suggested. I thought it was based on mileage but it based on age of car or mileage. I would have thought someone would point out a safety inspection would also be required.

Honestly, today’s service took longer than I’ve become used to. Usually it’s an hour or maybe 90 minutes so I felt safe with an 8:00am appt to get to work by 10 (15 minutes away) but missed a meeting since work didn’t begin on my car until after 9:00am this go round. Team is always nice to work with but I’ll allow more time in the future.

The only issue that I had on this occasion was that I was asked if I wanted the additional service of an alignment with the tire rotation. This is a brand new Nissan Rogue with only 5,000 miles. The manufacturer suggested every 12-15,000 miles for alignment. It was frustrating that this was even suggested at the time of the oil change and tire rotation service.
